Our cleaning team will come on day scheduled to clean your home. If something happens and you have to cancel please do so within 24 hours notice. If you forget to cancel or reschedule the cleaning then the customer is charged with 50% of the cleaning costs.
You do not have to do anything prior to have your house cleaned. Although our cleaning team will not move furniture or any items around in order to clean your house. You will have a much better cleaned home if surfaces are empty and toys and items are picked up before our cleaning team arrives.
Matos Cleaning will do the laundry for an extra charge of $25 per load. Although we always have special offers going on for new customers. Check it out our homepage to see the offers available.
Depending on the size of your home and the needs of each client our cleaning team usually gets the job done in between 2 and 4 hours. Our main goal is to provide our customers with outstanding cleaning service in every visit.
Yes, you can skip or reschedule a cleaning as much as you want, just please let us know within 24 hours prior to our scheduled visit.
Our clients don’t have to provide any cleaning supplies. Matos Cleaning Service will provide everything you need in order to have your house cleaned.
We use a new vacuum cleaning bag in every visit, we provide clean rags, paper towel, and all the cleaning chemicals which are usually: Mr Clean, Clorox, Windex, Soft Scrub, Pledge and Lysol.
Yes, Matos Cleaning uses green products upon request. We usually use Baking soda, vinegar, Dawn dish soap, rubbing alcohol, essential orange oil, and borax. Please note that the cleaning using the green products will not be as effective as the one with the chemicals, but our clean team will do their best to achieve those results with time.
we do charge an extra fee for wall cleaning, depending on the amount to be cleaned
Our bed fee is $10 per bed. We do not wash the sheets of any bed. That would be charged extra as a load of laundry
